Mountain Inn Dayton, TN
A family-owned motel leaving a national franchise needed its own brand and a way to take reservations directly.
Web design · Dayton, TN
I have designed and built sites for a motel, a sports bar, a detailer, a stone quarry, and a sheriff’s campaign in and around Dayton. Each one is built so a customer on a phone can call, get directions, or ask for a quote in one tap.
Dayton
In a town the size of Dayton, most people who look you up already have a reason to: they drove past, a friend mentioned you, or they need a service today. They are usually on a phone. What they want is your hours, your prices or menu, your number, and directions.
The Dayton sites in my portfolio put those answers on the first screen. Referees shows whether it is open today and how to call in a pickup order. Gsudz lists starting prices by vehicle size. Mountain Inn lists room rates and lets travelers request a stay without calling.
I am based in Chattanooga, about 45 minutes south, and work with Dayton businesses by phone, video, and a shared preview link.
What you get
Work in the area
Measured mobile Performance on these live sites ranges from 92 to 98 (PageSpeed Insights, October 2026). Each case study shows the date and method.
A family-owned motel leaving a national franchise needed its own brand and a way to take reservations directly.
A family-owned flagstone quarry rebranding from Galvez Stone needed buyers nationwide to find and trust the new name.
A Dayton sports bar needed one place for its menu, hours, events, and an easy way to call in a pickup order.
A mobile detailer needed prices and booking up front, so customers would book instead of calling to ask.
A Rhea County sheriff’s campaign needed voters to learn who the candidate was and what to do next, mostly on phones.
Local details that matter
“Dayton, Spring City, and Rhea County” written on the page tells customers and search engines where you work. Gsudz states a 35-mile radius in text, not just on a map.
Dayton gets travelers, lake visitors, and people passing through. Mountain Inn describes its distance to Chattanooga, Knoxville, Chickamauga Lake, and Pocket Wilderness so visitors can place it.
Social posts scroll away. A website keeps your menu, prices, and hours at one address you control, and it previews cleanly when shared on Facebook.
Your hours, phone, and address should match your Google Business Profile exactly. I check that before launch.

Badass. To the point — and it’s already driving real conversions.
How it works
Questions
No. Five of my projects are in Rhea County, but I work with businesses across Tennessee and elsewhere, remotely. See East Tennessee projects too.
Websites start at $1,500 and landing pages at $750, as a one-time fee. Most small business sites fall in the $2,250–$3,500 range. You get a fixed quote before any work starts. Full pricing.
A typical small business site takes 2–4 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly photos, details, and feedback come back.
Yes. The code, the domain, and the hosting account are in your name.
No one can honestly promise that. I build the foundations search engines look for (clear pages, accurate details, fast loading) and help you set up Search Console so you can see how people find you.
A short call, a fixed quote, and a site you own.
