Websites, dashboards, and AI agents, built for your business.

I design and build custom websites for small businesses, plus the tools behind them: edit panels so you can update prices and menus yourself, private dashboards, and AI agents that take on repetitive work. One-time fees, fixed quotes, and you own everything.

Business websites

From $1,500, one-time fee

A custom website for a local or small business: designed, written, built, and launched by me, with no templates and no monthly plan.

  • Mobile-first pages that load fast and are tested on Google’s PageSpeed Insights
  • Click-to-call, directions, and quote or booking requests where customers need them
  • Local search foundations: unique titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and structured data that matches your real details
  • The code, domain, and hosting in your name

Nine live sites, from a motel to a stone quarry. See the case studies.

Landing pages

From $750, one-time fee

One page with one job: a launch, a campaign, an event, or collecting leads. The lower-cost option when you do not need a full site yet.

  • A single, clear call to action
  • Fast on phones, ready to share or use in ads
  • Can grow into a full site later without starting over

Owner edit panels

Quoted with your site

Change the things that change often, like prices, availability, or a menu, yourself, without calling a developer and without touching the rest of the site.

  • Mountain Inn: the owners update room rates and mark availability themselves.
  • Referees Sports Bar & Grill: the owners add, remove, and re-price menu items themselves.
  • Built around your business: you see only the fields you need, so a quick update cannot break the layout.

See Mountain Inn and Referees.

Custom dashboards

Quoted per project

A private dashboard that puts the numbers and records your business runs on in one place: requests, bookings, calls, or orders, instead of spreadsheets and inboxes.

  • Designed around the decisions you make every day, not a generic template
  • Behind a login, with access only for the people you choose
  • Works on a phone as well as a desktop

I built the owner dashboard for NightShift, my own product for hotels.

AI agents

Quoted per project

An AI agent that handles a specific, repetitive job for your business, such as answering calls after hours or taking reservation requests, using your policies and your information.

  • Scoped to one clear job, with your rules about what it can and cannot do
  • Hands off to a person when it should
  • Connected to a dashboard so you can see what it handled

NightShift is an AI phone agent I built that answers hotel calls after hours and takes reservations.

Web apps and MVPs

Quoted per project

For founders and businesses with an idea that needs real users: a working first version, scoped tightly, built to be improved rather than thrown away.

  • Scoping and build, with a shared preview link throughout
  • Clean UI, user flows, and integrations
  • Deployed on Vercel and handed over

Built to be hard to break into.

No website is unhackable, and I will not pretend otherwise. What I can do is leave very little to attack. These are the defaults on every project.

Fewer moving parts

Public pages are plain, pre-built files wherever possible, with no database or plugins behind them. There is no WordPress install or plugin list to keep patched.

Logins only where needed

Edit panels and dashboards sit behind a login, and each one exposes only the fields that person needs to change.

Secrets stay on the server

API keys and passwords are kept in server-side settings, never in the code that reaches a visitor’s browser.

Managed hosting and HTTPS

Sites run on Vercel’s managed platform with HTTPS on every page, so there is no server for you to maintain.

Limits on forms and tools

Forms and public tools get basic abuse protection, such as rate limits, so one visitor cannot flood them.

You hold the keys

The domain, hosting, and accounts are in your name, with me added as a helper. Read who owns your website.

A web designer near you, or remote.

I am based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and most of my clients are within a couple of hours: Dayton and Rhea County, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and the rest of East Tennessee. Every project runs by phone, video, and a shared preview link, so I also work with businesses elsewhere in Tennessee and across the US.

You work with me directly from the first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs.

Before you ask for a quote.

Are you the cheapest web designer?

Probably not the cheapest option out there. Website builders cost less up front but charge every month and leave the design and writing to you. I charge a one-time fee, from $1,500 for a website and $750 for a landing page, with no monthly plan, and you own everything. For a custom site, that is usually well below what agencies quote. See pricing.

What does “one-time fee” mean?

You pay for the build in two parts, 50% to start and 50% at launch, and there are no recurring fees from me after that. The code, domain, and hosting account are in your name.

Can I update my own website?

Yes, for the things that change often. I build a simple edit panel around what you need, such as room rates and availability for Mountain Inn or menu items and prices for Referees. Bigger changes, like a new page, I can do for you.

Is my website secure? Can it be hacked?

No website is unhackable, and anyone who promises that is overselling. What I do is keep the attack surface small: pre-built pages wherever possible, no plugins to patch, logins only where they are needed, secrets kept on the server, and accounts in your name.

Do you build AI agents for any kind of business?

For businesses with a clear, repetitive job an agent can take on, like after-hours calls, reservation requests, or common questions. We start by defining exactly what it should and should not do. Tell me the job and I will tell you honestly whether an agent is the right fit.

Do you work with businesses near me?

I am based in Chattanooga, TN, and have live projects in Dayton, Knoxville, Graysville, and the Nashville area. Projects run by phone, video, and a shared preview link, so I work with businesses across Tennessee and nationwide.

How do I get a quote?

Send a message through the contact form, text, or email with a line about your business and what you need. After a short call you get one fixed number for your scope.

Tell me what your business needs.

A website, an edit panel, a dashboard, or an AI agent: a short call and one fixed quote.
