Gsudz Detailing Dayton, TN
A mobile detailer needed prices and booking up front, so customers would book instead of calling to ask.
Home cleaning · Nashville, TN area
A family-owned cleaning service asking strangers to let them into their homes needed a site that earns trust quickly.
The challenge
Lias’ Cleaning Co. is a family-owned residential cleaning service serving Nashville and nearby cities. Hiring a cleaner means letting someone into your home, so the first impression has to answer “can I trust them?” before anything else.
Cleaning prices also depend on the home, which makes a simple price list misleading. The site needed to explain pricing honestly without hiding it.
The solution
The homepage leads with who the business is (family-owned and local, not a franchise) and how they work, before the service list.
Standard, deep, move-in/move-out, recurring, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning, each with what is included.
A “How we determine your cleaning level” section lists the questions asked before booking and describes light, moderate, and heavy cleans, so the quote process is clear.
“Book a Cleaning” and “Get a Quote” calls to action, with call-or-text numbers in the header.
LocalBusiness structured data lists the cities the business serves, matching the page copy.
